Happy Monday to you! I have made this card for my first challenge on The Stamping Boutique DT. I used Snow friends-by The Stamping Boutique. These three snow friends are just so cute.This sketch is for The Critter Challenge blog # 50. The Stamping Boutique is hosting for the Month of January... I know, I know it is the last day of January!  My  DT time starts February 1st and I just could not wait to start.

Sensational Saturday

   Hello it is time for a another Sensational Saturday here at Sugar Creek Hollow. Today's challenge is to make a vintage Valentine.  The Design team has made all of  our valentines featuring the super cute Valentine bird house. If you join in on the fun, we would love to see your Vintage Valentine.

 

Here is my creation I not only used the bird house but, I got to use the super new great butterfly and a blank ticket. that I stamped the word love on to.  My paper are from DaisyD, and from My minds Eye. I used my copics on the butterfly and on the bird house and added lots of glitter. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you can join in on the fun.

Hey....

How is everyone? I am great it is Friday the kids are home and I get to play, not work! 

So the first thing I made today was with a  digi image from The Stamping Boutique : called Jade.

 

I did a little challenge over at The Latte Lounge.  You were to use Pink, teal and black. I just realized that the only black in in the image...Ops! I was so excited to be crafting on a Friday morning, I forgot to pay attention to the details!  Oh well, I guess is still fits. LOL!

for my papers I used the DP from Dasiyd's not sure of the name the rest is SU with which I embosses with both wet and dry embossing. 

I colored Jade with my copics, used some nesites and added a little bring.  The saying is from Inky Antics which goes perfect with the image. This is also being entered in the Fab 'n Funky challenge- Show us your digis.

Bursting at the seams!!!

Hi Everyone,

Nothing to post card wise today, I just wanted to let everyone know that I have become part The Stamping Boutique family! I am very excited and honored, I have been  bursting at the seams because I had to wait until today to let every one know! French bakery

Bonjour!

For today's card I went to Paris, to a french bakery or at least that is what the image reminded me of. Anything to escape from this cold weather here in MI. LOL! 

 

I used The Stamping boutiques image called "Cupcake bakery".  I used my copics to color this and the DP is from Basic Grey called "eskimo kisses".

The sketch is from Sweet Sketch Wednesday #85 which I am entering this in  and  I also entered this in  The Stamping Boutique monthly challenge called "Show us your Stamping boutique images".

Sensational Saturday

Hello,, It's time for another sensational Saturday at Sugar Creek Hollow.  For this weeks challenge we did a black and white card with a splash of color. For my color splash I used  pink and I also used this beautiful new image from Sugar Creek Hollow called Floral Heart.  

 

When I saw the sketch for Midnight madness(MMSC87). I knew this would be the perfect image to use for this sketch.  It has been a while since I have participated in a Midnight madness challenge, glad to be back.

I got to stay home to day with the kids , no school. So staying home means I got to stamp. I have not participated in a SCS challenge in quite some time. So I went to check it out. What a fun challenge today- Silhouettes. 

 

For the challenge today I use a set from CTMH embossed it with ultra fine embossing powder. My papers are from SU.  I also entered this into The Play date cafe # 64. I think I am going to try to do at least one SCS challenge a week.  Thanks for stopping by.

For for today's post it is short and sweet! For my  card I used an image I received from, Prairie Fairy Design. I thought this was such a sweet, sweet  image, not very much coloring . The papers are SU and  I went with cool colors to go with the image.  I had the hardest time getting my circles spaced evenly with this sketch for Sweet Sketch Wednesdays # 84. It is Sensations Saturday which means it is time for a Sugar Creek Hollow challenge. Today's challenge is Fab fabric! You are to use fabric on you card. There are so many different fabrics out there I had so much fun tiring to pick my fabric.

 

I used fabric as the striped BG and I used a coordinating fabric  strip which I frayed and made into a bow. The image is from Sugar Creek Hollow called "Hope" . Hearts for you....

Another post this afternoon. I had to use my new digi stamp from The Stamping Boutique, called "heart scoop". This is such a sweet Valentine image.

 

I used my copics to color this and added glitter to some of the hearts. My paper is from Hobby Lobby and the punch is Martha Stewart . I an entering this in the Scrap-Creations challenge called " Love is in the air". I have also entered this in "Scrapbook Sisters"- Hearts Desire. Thanks for stopping by.

Sharing a cup with you...

Just a quick post today. A few months ago I made a holder for the Calenders that I love so much. I made on calender so far( way too busy). I got a few extra minutes this weekend and wanted to get one done for January. 

 

This cute little guy is a digi image  by Whimisie Doodle, is he just the sweetest looking guy with his big cup of steaming hot  coco?  It has been cold and snowy in MI and he fits in perfectly.  I don't drink coffee, and just love a good cup of hot color! Sweet Peas

This card is for Flourishes challenge-FLLCJAN11. The challenge is to use the colors Red, pink and white. For me the first set that came to mind was my Sweet peas. It is one of my favorites, not to mention one of my favorite flowers too! I love to see them all over the side of the highways in Michigan, in late July to Aug.

You Rock!

Hello, 

Today's card is made with a set I won from Doodle Pantry. It is made with the "Heart candy ants", it is super fun and comes with lots of different sayings that go on the hearts. I  decided  to go with the "You Rock". My daughter writes this a lot on her note books and on a white board that I have on the fridge.  So I thought she might like this for Valentines day. 

 

I used my nesties to cut the image out and paper that I used is from K and Company. I am entering this in Doodle Pantry-DPDC5, because this challenge they are giving away a digi image if you use one of their images, How cool is that?

I also used the Sketch form Sweet Sketch Wednesdays # 85.

New Year New Sugar Creek Hollow`

I used SCH's vintage balloon. It reminded me of one of the first hot air balloons at  a State Fair. The Printed paper is from SU and the colored paper is from a package of paper that I got from Costco. I even add a patch to the hot air balloon. Happy New Year!

It's  a new year...and for a new year I am doing a new post on my new designed blog.  Here is my card,

 

For this card I wanted to do something new, and that is to try the Doodle Pantry blog challenge. This card is for challenge #4, DPDC4. This challenge was to use something new, I have a new year, new image, new challenge( for me) and a new look to my blog.   These little bird images are just way too cute and I thought this guy has the perfect attitude for 2011. After sizing and printing this adorable digital image,  I used two different nesties for the layering. Used my copics for coloring and the card just came together. Thanks for Stopping by.
