For a friend...

Quick post today. I had a few minutes to make a card for a friend. Today is her last day of her job and next week she will be starting a new job. I wanted to make her just a little something. 

This is what I came up with. I used an image from Flourishes and the sketch is from The Sweet Stop.

Hope you are having a great week so far. This week my baby girl turns 13! I am in shock, where does the time go. I was blessed to stay home with my kids for 10 years and I hear time goes fast but , no one told me it was this fast! It was just yesterday that she was  a baby and I was bringing her home from the hospital. Now she is this tall brilliant,  beautiful, and happy young woman. Happy Birthday Mia!

Hello blogger! 

I am sad to say this is my last post for Jellypark Friends. It has been a fun 3 months and I just love Claire's images and feel blessed to have been part of her team.  Today we have have two new releases, I have decided to work with the Ice cream truck. 

Here is the card that I made.

This is such a fun summer image...don't you remember yelling out to the ice cream man from your back yard and then running into the house to ask or money to buy an ice cream. The little girl in the pink dress could of been me, LOL!

Today we have a card for you from The Stamping Boutique. This week the challenge over at the TSB challenge blog is Clean and simple. 

I used this beautiful image called - Picket fence.  This is such a lovely image and I fell in love as so as I saw it and had to have it.  I have just printed this on a plain  piece of white paper and colored it with my copics. Here is a card I made using this weeks sketch. I used the image called- Spring Coco. He is so cute and i already have some daffodils up and blooming in my garden.  The trees are buding and the grass is getting greener around here in MI. We have ad the lightest winter and I am happy to see spring. 

This is such a great sketch this week the center is big enough to hold a strong main image.

United Craft month.

Today I am here letting you know about the new challenge over at Jellypark Friends. We are celebration United Craft Month. For today I have made a card using my favorite Techniques.

Here is the card That I made using one of my favorite things a sketch! I do love sketches, they help me make my cards.

 The other favorite thing is digi stamps, so easy to use and I can get any size and even flip the image like I did with the cute little bunny image with the balloon from Jellypark friends. The last of my favorite things is coloring with my copics. I hardly ever use anything else.

 Here is the card I made for the sketch using the image Patsy 3, just in time for Easter.

 

After cutting the image and mounting it on my green die cut, I added sparkle to Patsy ears and the egg next to her. I am so looking forward to see what you make over at Sweet Sketch Wednesdays.
