Oh...Bug a boo!!!

Hope everyone is doing well. I am off to a good start and it it Wednesday so we are half way to the weekend.

The image is called- Summer Butterfly Bear-Watermelon. He is so cute sitting on the slice of melon.

Hello Blogers.

What a weekend. I went down to Dayton OH on Saturday to surprise my son at his Drum line Nationals show. I found out Friday that West Bloomfield made the finales and thought I have to go and watch. There were so many great shows and the schools were from all over the USA.  Our school finished in 10th place! The kids were so proud, this was our first year in World Class.

Here is a photo that a parent took  of the kids with their director. The group should be so proud...they worked very hard.

Today I have a card for you that I really like the way it turned out.  One of my best customers at work...she is always orders cards from me, asked if I would make a birthday card for her mother who is a Beast cancer survivor. This is what I came up with.

 I used my favorite image from Flourishes and the sketch is from the Sweetest Thing. Thanks for stopping by and let me know what you think.

This is the card I made with this cute soccer image from Digi Stamp Boutique. I paper pieced his jersey and the soccer ball paper is from my stash. I thought this would be a great Fathers day card for my husband, who is a big soccer fan. I hope I get to see what you do with this sketch over at Sweet Sketch Wednesdays. Have a wonderful week.

Little Cowpoke

Hope everyone is looking forward to having a good weekend. I know I am, we have not game, no drum line activities....we have nothing going one. I am so excited. ((((Jumping Up and down)))))!!

One of the girls at work asked me to make a card for her nephew, I had this cute digi  image from  Di's digi downloads that I have never used, and wanted to.

Here is what the sketch is.

I used the image called Bird hourse on a hill,  found at Sassy Cheryl's shop, it is so springy and and whimsical. I wanted to have some fun with colorful bird houses.
 The birds in my yard are so super busy building nests, I even have a Robin family building a nest in the bush outside my kitchen window.
