Brains......

Happy Wednesday to you glad that it is time for Sweet Sketch Wednesdays.  This week are sponsor at Sweet Sketch Wendnesday is Saturated Canary. Krista is such a great sponsor, I just love her darling whimsical images and this weeks winner will get to pick 2 free images from Krista's shop found here.
Since it is now October I wanted to use this cute image called Rollerstateing Zombie  to make a Halloween card
The paper is from one of my new paper packs  and I also did some doodling around the edge of my image. Using  a bat punch, I glittered up each bat and added some red gems for the eyes.  The cute little zombie also has some glitter on her green roller skates( hard to see).
I hope you are able to join us this week and be sure to stop by and visit all the girls over at SSW.

For my card this week I have used the image “If the Shoe fits”.  I have a girl at my house that just loves shoes. She has it BAD and has ever since she was little.  My Mia just loves going into DSW and trying on shoes, she is even FIERCE in high heels. For me anything over an 1 and ½" is way too much for me.

Here is this weeks sketch.

I hope you plan to join in this week with our  celebration of  women. Be sure to check out the rest of the Design team and leave some loving. Looking forward to seeing you over at SSW

Fish'n

Happy Wednesday to you all. It is beginning to feel like Fall here in MI. We have had some crisp days so I thought I would stop at the Cider mill and get the kids a treat, sad to say we had such a bad Spring here that all the apples are gone, and I put my hands on a gallon of cider which cost $12.50. I quickly put that back and got the smaller cider. There is nothing like apple picking in the Fall and this year there will be none. I am so SAD.

Today at Sweet Sketch Wednesday we have Patties Creations as our fabulous sponsor this week. This weeks winner get to pick 3 digi images from Pattie's shop. Pattie has a bunch of great images it will be hard to pick just 3!
Above is the sketch for this week and I just love the big open space for a great image like the one I used on my card called Fisherman's Delight.  I think this will be for my husbands Birthday in early Oct.  I hope you can join us this week at SSW. Be sure to stop by and check out what the rest of the team has created.
Have a super week.

Fall Fun.

Hello Bloggers!
It is the start of School which means Fall is just around the corner. Sweaters, Football games and crunchy colorful leaves. Fall is one of my favorite times of the year, even thought it is the busiest.
Today at Sweet Sketch Wednesdays we have one of our favorite sponsors, Stampfairy. Thank you Gerda for being our Sponsor this week. One lucky winner will receive a $10 gift certificate to Stampfairy.

Here is Arlanas super sketch this week.
For my card this week I used the image called Chubby Scarecrow 1. I thought he was just a super cute fall scarecrow. The leaves were cut from some Dies that I have and I added the veins on the leaves. I used some raffia behind the leaves as well as a branch punch by MS.
I hope you find some time to head on over to Sweet Sketch Wednesdays to check out the rest of the DT's work and Our new girls are starting this week... make sure you send them some love! Enjoy your week.

Apple Bites

Happy Weekend Blogers! I hope my American friends are enjoying the long holiday weekend and my husband has been home, which is nice and kids do not have to be anywhere or do anything other then finish some summer homework.
I have two cards for you today. I had to make some birthday cards and wanted to use a stamped image from Flourishes called Apple of my eye. I used the same image and colored them similar. I just did different designs as well as different papers.
This is for my niece she has a birthday coming up and I wanted to send her a card. I just love the colors on this card. The Blues just pops with the darker colors.
The second card is for a good friend.
I left a little more of the image and tried something different with the lace and off set image.  Let me know what card you like. Thanks for stopping by. See you soon.
