Steampunk Grad.

Hello!
Toady I have a Graduation card for you. I saw this cool looking card over at SCS and I wanted to recreate something like Laura Canale found HERE.
I hope the Grad likes this... I searched high an low to find something that would work for this guy.  Paper are from SU except the stripe paper which is a scrap and I kind of did a collage of stamps for the front. Thanks for stopping, I would love to know what you think.

King of the Grill.

Summer

Hello!
Today I have a card for you from one of my favorite digi providers- A Day For Daisies. The challenge over at The ADFD blog is to use pinwheels or to get inspiration from the photo of pinwheels.  Over the weekend we had a lovely dinner at a friends house so I wanted to make a Thank you card.

Forrest Pixie

Hello!
Happy Wednesday to you. I am so happy it is my first day off of work, every summer I get laided off work and now my summer can begin!  I also have about 4 weeks of no kids home during the day. Woot- woot!
With today being Wednesday it is also time for Sweet Sketch Wednesdays. We have one of our great sponsors this week A Day for Daisies. I am a big fan of A Day for Daisies.   This weeks winner will get a $12 gift voucher at the ADFD shop. Tammy  has some of the best whimsical digi images from fairy tales to Sentiments. I find new images everytime I check out her shop.
We have a fun sketch for you this week. The diamond was a little bit of a challenge for me.
And here is the card that I have made. 
I used the darling Wonder pixie, just look at those eyes...wide with wonder. I wanted to keep a wood theme so I used darker colored papers. Be sure to stop by the rest of the DT and leave some loving and I am looking forward to seeing what you create with this weeks sketch challenge.

Side by side....

Hello and Happy Wednesday to you all! 
Yesterday was my birthday and my family had a great dinner for me, my husband picked up some food and we went to a park and had a picnic. We had just a wonderful evening, the weather was perfect and so was the company. The kids each got me a certificate for a pedicure and with the ones I got on Mothers day  my toes should be all set this summer!  
 
Today being Wednesday it is also time for Sweet Sketch Wednesdays, we have one of our favorite sponsors this week,  Digi Stamp Boutique.  Sally Ann has some of the most adorable images... You have to go check them out. Here is my card.

Paris in the spring.

Here is my card for this weeks sketch.
I just love Paris...Ken and I went there on our honeymoon some 15 year ago. It was so beautiful, the food was yummy,  there were so many sites and lots of rich  history, I loved it. I hope to return someday for an anniversary. 


Here is this weeks sketch from Arlana.
 
It is just perfect to highlight Deirdre image "French Grocery shopping day". I used new paper by Teresa Collins called World Traveler and my new Eiffel tower die cut was just perfect, so I had to use it.

As quite as a butterfly...

 And here is what I came up with using an image form Stampfairy Toby Spring fairy1.
I just love the little wings! I have used my new papers from Jillybean soup 6x6 paper pack called Blossom. The smaller  butterfly's were punched with MS punch and the larger butterfly is from SU. 
I added pearls to the butterflies and a little sparkle to Toby's wings. Thanks for stopping by and looking forward to see what you make.
