Diva

Hello and welcome to Sweet Sketch Wednesdays

We are happy to introduce to you a new sponsor this week called Milk N Coffee, The image that I used is called Tiffany Diva, isn't she just darling.
Here is a little bit about the creators of these stamps:
MilkCoffee Stamps is a digital image shop specialized in cute and girly images. There are 2 people behind this shop, Esmeralda and Nathaza. We are best buddies from our childhood with a common thing that we love so much: drawing.

What we try to do is drawing various styles that suits different kind of tastes, so a lot of people with different style can still play along with our image for their cards.

Right now we have 8 talented DT ladies who always help us to have fun together with our weekly challenge at our challenge blog here. We also have a monthly color challenge at our main blog. You can check it out here.  It's very nice to see a lot of people join and have fun with our challenges.  In the future we still want to make more cute images that are loved and used happily by many people.
The Grand Prize winner this week will receive 3 Free digi's from the MilkCoffee Shop!

Here is our sketch for this week, I hope to see you over at Sweet Sketch Wednesdays. We are very happy to announce that we have 3 new members of our DT:
Sally- Sally's window of paper crafting
Helen- Forever Crafty!!!

Happy Birthday Nicolas!

Today is my son's 15th birthday, he is such a science geek I found this image from Kenny K's called Super Genius and I knew it was perfect. I had these papers from Jillybean Soup called Atomic soup.  I bought a ton of this paper so I would have it for awhile. The sketch is from Sketch Saturday #222.

I thought this was a fun sketch to use with this image. I made something up for the inside saying:
The binomial coefficients of the directrices of a Hyperbola, Parameterize the era of the X~Y plane to the 3rd party state it is your birthday.
I know it dose not make any sense to the Mathematician but  Nic got a good laugh about it.
For the yellow and blue boarder I used a rectangle punch and popped and staggered the rectangles. Thanks for stopping by today and happy 15th Birthday to my sweet boy.

We are famiy.

Hello Bloggers,
Sorry I am a little late with this. Such a crazy week!
Today I am a special guest designer for Sugar Creek Hollow. Sugar Creek Hollow is having a family reunion of a sort, a bunch of returning designers are coming back and posting while the regular DT has a little break.
Sugar Creek Hollow was one of my first DT's and I had a lot of fun creating vintage or shabby cards. It was a different and a little challenging for me, but always fun.
For my card this week I have used a random photo from Google, this reminded me of my Sister, my niece and myself. Picture us smiling and about 125 years in the future! For this card I used some distressing and other elements to make my vintage card.
I hope you can join us at Sugar Creek Hollow for the we are family challenge.  If not be sure to stop by and see the fabulous creations from the guest DT.

Hello! Happy Wednesday to you. I have been busy striping wallpaper from my foyer, now I need to wash all the extra goop off the walls and also pick a paint color. My 13 year old was the best help she helped me all day and we got all the old beat up wallpaper off. Not once did she complain.  Thank you Mia.
