Hope...

It is Sensations Saturday which means it is time for a Sugar Creek Hollow challenge. Today's challenge is Fab fabric! You are to use fabric on you card. There are so many different fabrics out there I had so much fun tiring to pick my fabric.

 

I used fabric as the striped BG and I used a coordinating fabric  strip which I frayed and made into a bow. The image is from Sugar Creek Hollow called "Hope" . Hearts for you....

Hello, 

Another post this afternoon. I had to use my new digi stamp from The Stamping Boutique, called "heart scoop". This is such a sweet Valentine image.

 

I used my copics to color this and added glitter to some of the hearts. My paper is from Hobby Lobby and the punch is Martha Stewart . I an entering this in the Scrap-Creations challenge called " Love is in the air". I have also entered this in "Scrapbook Sisters"- Hearts Desire. Thanks for stopping by.

Sharing a cup with you...

Just a quick post today. A few months ago I made a holder for the Calenders that I love so much. I made on calender so far( way too busy). I got a few extra minutes this weekend and wanted to get one done for January. 

 

This cute little guy is a digi image  by Whimisie Doodle, is he just the sweetest looking guy with his big cup of steaming hot  coco?  It has been cold and snowy in MI and he fits in perfectly.  I don't drink coffee, and just love a good cup of hot color! Sweet Peas

This card is for Flourishes challenge-FLLCJAN11. The challenge is to use the colors Red, pink and white. For me the first set that came to mind was my Sweet peas. It is one of my favorites, not to mention one of my favorite flowers too! I love to see them all over the side of the highways in Michigan, in late July to Aug.

You Rock!

Hello, 

Today's card is made with a set I won from Doodle Pantry. It is made with the "Heart candy ants", it is super fun and comes with lots of different sayings that go on the hearts. I  decided  to go with the "You Rock". My daughter writes this a lot on her note books and on a white board that I have on the fridge.  So I thought she might like this for Valentines day. 

 

I used my nesties to cut the image out and paper that I used is from K and Company. I am entering this in Doodle Pantry-DPDC5, because this challenge they are giving away a digi image if you use one of their images, How cool is that?

I also used the Sketch form Sweet Sketch Wednesdays # 85.

New Year New Sugar Creek Hollow`

I used SCH's vintage balloon. It reminded me of one of the first hot air balloons at  a State Fair. The Printed paper is from SU and the colored paper is from a package of paper that I got from Costco. I even add a patch to the hot air balloon. It's  a new year...and for a new year I am doing a new post on my new designed blog.  Here is my card,

 

For this card I wanted to do something new, and that is to try the Doodle Pantry blog challenge. This card is for challenge #4, DPDC4. This challenge was to use something new, I have a new year, new image, new challenge( for me) and a new look to my blog.   These little bird images are just way too cute and I thought this guy has the perfect attitude for 2011. After sizing and printing this adorable digital image,  I used two different nesties for the layering. Used my copics for coloring and the card just came together. Thanks for Stopping by.
