Harvest Blessings.

Hello Bloggers!
It is Saturday and the day before Halloween. We don't get a lot of Trick or Treats here at our house. My son is going to stay home this year and my daughter is going to be Little Red Riding Hood and is going out with her girlfriend.  I can not tell you how tired I am this week! Boy... this puppy keeps you on your toes! I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get this card done.  For Sugar Creek hollow we were to use a lace technique. I don't have lace at my house so I cheated and use some paper that has lace designs  on it.

I printed  this adorable scene from SCH  called Fall Church and the Harvest Blessing. I added stickles to the church windows and lots of sparkle swirls all around.  I just love this pleated velvet ribbon that I found at one of my local Scrapbook stores. Thanks for stopping by today and don't forget to check out the rest of the teams beautiful work. Be sure to check back next week we will have some more new Christmas images!

Hi Heide!
Your card is so beautiful, your coloring of the church scene is so amazing, and those sparkles on the windows is just perfect! I am totally enamored with the lace background paper, it seems to have been meant for this card; along with your other special touches with that pleated ribbon you have a creation of beauty!

Wow, what you managed to do for a lace challenge without any lace is fabulous. The paper is a knockout and I love all your pops of brown.
